Conditions we treat

At Childrens Orthopaedic, you’ll find expert advice and personalised treatment for most non-spinal paediatric orthopaedic conditions including, but not limited to:

  • Congenital and acquired limb differences requiring limb lengthening or reconstruction
  • Foot problems including clubfoot, flat feet and other conditions
  • Fractures and sports injuries including knee cartilage and ligament injuries
  • Gait problems related to toe walking, neurological disorders and limb alignment issues including ‘tip-toe walking’
  • Hip problems including: developmental dysplasia (DDH), Perthes' disease, hip problems related to neurodisability, slipped upper femoral epiphyses (SUFE/SCFE)

  • Metabolic orthopaedic conditions including osteogenesis imperfecta
  • Musculoskeletal problems related to neurodisability, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida and other conditions
